Melissa Falgout joined Swiftships in July 2020, bringing her expertise in drafting and design to the team. Starting as a Field Engineer, Melissa’s dedication and proficiency quickly propelled her through the ranks. With an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Drafting and Design from Fletcher Technical Community College, Melissa laid a solid foundation for her career in the maritime industry.

Melissa’s technical prowess and leadership abilities shined, earning her promotion to Project Engineer in 2022 and ultimately to Project Manager in 2024. Her journey reflects her commitment to excellence and her capability to navigate complex projects seamlessly.
