Jessica joined Swiftships in November 2019 as a Human Resources Specialist and has since been promoted to HR Generalist. With over 10 years of experience, including 8 years dedicated to personnel management intricacies, she ensures all policies adhere to government guidelines and remain up-to-date. Her responsibilities include maintaining compliance within the HR department, overseeing talent acquisition and recruiting, benefit administration, training and development, and managing employee and labor relations.

Jessica obtained her Life, Health & Accident, and Property and Casualty licenses from the state of Louisiana in 2017. She earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, further strengthening her expertise in HR compliance, employee relations, and organizational development. Her diverse background is a key asset in managing employee benefits and claims.
