Jessica joined Swiftships in November 2019 as a Human Resources Specialist and has since been promoted to HR Generalist for Swiftships. With over 10 years of experience, including 8 years dedicated to personnel management intricacies, Jessica prides herself on ensuring all policies adhere to government guidelines and are kept up-to-date. Her goals include maintaining compliance within the HR department, overseeing talent acquisition/recruiting, benefit administration, training and development, and managing employee and labor relations.

Jessica obtained her Life, Health & Accident, and Property and Casualty licenses from the state of Louisiana in 2017. Her background is an asset in handling employee benefits and claims. She is also actively pursuing her PHR certification.
