Elton G. Sayward is a seasoned operations executive with over 30 years of leadership experience across the aerospace, defense, and software industries. As Chief Operating Officer at Swiftships, Elton brings a proven track record of driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and organizational efficiency.

Previously, Elton served as Director of Operations for Saudi Arabian Military Industries, where he developed strategic plans and established key joint ventures with global defense leaders, including Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman. At Lockheed Martin Space Systems, he played a crucial role in overseeing compliance and programmatic requirements for the Eastern Range Directorate, ensuring mission success at Cape Canaveral.

As COO and CFO of Mirabel Technologies, Elton successfully expanded the company’s client base from 200 to over 600, serving more than 6,000 global users. His leadership drove significant cost savings and enhanced operational performance through streamlined processes.

Elton’s distinguished military career includes serving as Commanding Officer of the Program Management Office in the U.S. Navy, where he managed a $700 million budget for strategic missile systems. His collaboration with leading defense contractors ensured the successful execution of critical national programs.

Elton holds a Master of Sciences in Physics from the Naval Postgraduate School and has completed advanced management programs at institutions such as MIT. His accomplishments have been recognized with numerous accolades, including the Meritorious Service Medal and Navy Commendation Medal. With his extensive experience and strategic insight, Elton is well-positioned to lead Swiftships’ operational initiatives, driving innovation, strengthening partnerships, and delivering exceptional results for the company and its stakeholders.
