As a Director of PMO, Mr. Doiron oversees the project management process, including governance, team leadership, tracking and monitoring, prioritization, communication, and quality controls. As a seasoned Program Manager, he has been instrumental in improving the Program Management Department (PMD) at Swiftships with his valuable contribution, such as cost-benefit analysis and performance enhancement on new global builds for clients.

Brandon works with project and production stakeholders delivering day-to-day schedule management. He has supported the delivery of numerous vessels. Brandon has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2014 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Nicholls State University.
