As a Program Manager, Mr. Carrier will assist in the overall management of the LCU1700 program. Mr. Carrier’s career has spanned over three (3) decades, during which he has successfully completed projects for the US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, US Department of Defense (DOD), US Department of Energy (DOE), and the US Corps of Engineers. He has also managed and completed several large projects for local municipalities and state agencies throughout his career.

Patrick brings his strong leadership skills, along with extensive experience in Project Management, Estimating, Purchasing, Design/Build, Agency Negotiations, Financial responsibilities, and Billing Systems to Swift Ships. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering Technology from Nicholls State University.
