Kristina Paskeviciute
Executive Vice President,
Business Development & Marketing
Kristina currently serves as the EVP of Business and Corporate Development, supporting the group’s organic and non-organic growth strategies with a key focus on the U.S., the Middle East, and Europe. She brings extensive experience in business strategy, corporate development, and fostering partnerships between industry and government. Her contributions have driven the growth and transformation of organizations across key industries, including defense, IT, industrial manufacturing, and government contracting. Known for her strategic vision and operational expertise, she excels in leading cross-functional, multicultural teams in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
Kristina has supported the group in various capacities for the past seven years. During this time, she has played a critical role in large-scale government programs, industrial localization efforts, and the cultivation of key partnerships with both government entities and private-sector players. She has built and managed departments, developed team training programs, and strongly believes in fostering collective success through a hands-on approach and a “can-do” mindset.
Earlier in her career, she played a key role in helping a private equity firm expand its portfolio, secure exclusive partnerships, and enter new markets. She contributed to identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, raising capital, and developing investor relationships. She established strategic client and partner relationships that facilitated market entry into the UAE, KSA, and Bahrain, leading to the development of 700+ POS within two years. She also successfully negotiated a brand equity share without direct investment and secured exclusive deals in defense equipment, franchising, and FMCG product distribution.
One of Kristina’s notable achievements was her promotion to General Manager of a construction company at the age of 27. Within two years, she grew revenues from $4 million to $10 million, reduced fixed costs from 25% to 15%, and tripled profit margins by optimizing operations and eliminating unprofitable business lines. She has also served as a trusted advisor on boards, leveraging her expertise to guide strategic initiatives and operational decisions.
Kristina holds an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School, a Master’s in International Management from BI, and a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems (MIS). Committed to continuous learning, she is currently expanding her knowledge in AI and digital business strategy through MIT Sloan. Fluent in four languages, she has lived and worked in more than 10 countries and traveled to 70. She brings a global perspective, a collaborative approach, and a passion for innovation to every role she undertakes. Her ability to drive transformative solutions and foster sustainable growth makes her an invaluable leader in today’s fast-evolving business landscape.
