Cdre. Khurram Shahzad (retd.), the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Technical Services for Swiftships, is a Pakistan Navy (PN) veteran with 32 years of dedicated service. As a logistics and supply chain specialist, Cdre. Shahzad leads all OCONUS programs, overseeing co-production efforts, supply chain optimization, and procurement strategy. His extensive experience ensures the effective integration of user requirements into Swiftships’ vessel design and support services.

Cdre. Shahzad joined Swiftships in October 2024, bringing deep expertise in logistics management for maritime operations. His specialties include strategic planning, operational logistics, and complex supply chain systems. In the Pakistan Navy, he managed logistics and procurement for critical naval operations and held command positions that required strategic oversight across multiple logistics domains.

Cdre. Shahzad’s educational background includes a Master of Computer Science, a Master of Science in Logistics Management, and a Master’s in Strategic Studies. His unique combination of academic and operational expertise establishes him as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in logistics and supply chain management, poised to drive innovative solutions at Swiftships.
