Ayman is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience leading complex industrial, energy, and foreign government projects across the Middle East. With a career spanning more than two (2) decades, he has developed strong expertise in strategic partnerships, program execution, supply chain management, and multinational operational leadership.

Ayman began his career in the late 90s, serving as a Branch Manager overseeing regional operations, customer engagement, and business growth in Turkey. In 2005, subsequently joined “NIG” as Deputy Vice President, where he was responsible for expanding strategic partnerships and delivering major industrial projects throughout the region.

As Director of Operations, Ayman will oversee regional operations, strategic partnerships, program execution, and customer engagement across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA); he will also lead strategic partnerships with partners such as Basra Oil Company (BOC) for their maritime requirements.

His experience in managing complex international programs, developing strategic alliances, and leading multidisciplinary teams makes him a key member of the organization’s leadership team, driving operational excellence and sustainable growth throughout the MENA region.

By combining deep institutional knowledge with innovative business development approaches, Ayman plays a key role in advancing Swiftships’ MENA footprint while reinforcing its global growth strategy.
